艾灸治疗艾滋病相关性腹泻的机制探讨与展望

摘要艾滋病相关性腹泻是艾滋病发展过程中的一种常见并发症,可出现如吸收障碍、体重下降、脓毒血症甚至死亡等严重的临床症状,并对艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人的生活质量产生重大影响。胃肠道免疫功能缺陷和肠道微生物失调被认为是艾滋病相关性腹泻的两大主要原因。近年来研究显示,艾灸在治疗艾滋病相关性腹泻方面取得较好疗效,本文试图从上述两大发病机制入手,探讨艾灸治疗艾滋病相关性腹泻的疗效机制,并对艾灸、经皮电刺激、激光/刺激等'类针刺'疗法在传染类疾病诊疗中的应用提出新的展望。Acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)associated diarrhea is a common complication during the development of AIDS,which will not only lead to a serious of clinical symptoms,such as malabsorption,weight losing,septicopyemia and even death,but also cause a great influence on the living quality of the patients with HIV/AIDS.Gastrointestinal immune dysfunction and intestinal microbial disturbance are two main causes of AIDS-associated diarrhea.Recent researches show that moxibustion is effective in the treatment of AIDS associated diarrhea.This paper aims to explore the therapeutic mechanism of moxibustion on the treatment of AIDS-associated diarrhea and propose a new and broad prospects of moxibustion,transcutaneous electric stimulation and laser stimulation on the infectious diseases.
